Following the initial discussions to gather the framework of the project, we focused on several main angles, and concentrated on creating custom software solutions.

• The client wanted an application with new modules and features.
• To be able to quickly onboard multiple patients and physicians.
• To be able to fully schedule and provide necessary appointment details.
• The clinic was required to save and maintain patient details and medical records.
• Obtain patient progress records.
• To have the facility to integrate appointment cancellations with ease.

A well-integrated software application was developed by Web Lankan in order to provide solutions for the challenges faced by Dental clinics. New features added by Team Web Lankan to the application have improved patient engagement, scalability, and experience. Once they have been added to the program, dentists now have complete power over how they manage their calendars.

The whole design and development of the web application was carried out by the Web Lankan team with attention to detail. Laravel, PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Hosted in AWS environment with high infrastructure were applied and used appropriately for the betterment of the application.

Following this, Web Lankan gradually updated the website design and responsiveness for the rest of the site. The new software was user-friendly and completely eliminated appointment duplicates and confusions. It further ensures a streamlined workflow process that saves time and gained more revenue as a result. The staff were proven more efficient with this application which in turn was betterment to the clinic.
